Spectrum provides a broad set of capabilities and innovative solutions for current and emerging Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) challenges. We deliver on all aspects of Command and Control related problem sets from requirements to implementation. Spectrum’s mission-oriented Intelligence Operations includes Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations flying and ground-based environments. Our experts deliver requirements-based Demonstration, Test and Evaluation services ensuring client satisfaction.

Command and Control

We are leading the way in developing the processes and technology required to operate in the 21st century. Spectrum people work every day to streamline, improve, and integrate command and control (C2) capabilities to meet your needs. Our efforts in the Joint arena supporting tactical data links, radio systems, and C2 system prototyping, demonstration, and experimentation provide the necessary underpinning to enable effective sharing of information in the operational environment. Our work with the Air Force’s Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) provides the requisite expertise to ensure robust development, connectivity, and continued responsiveness of this command and control weapon system. Our site Unit Level Unit Command and Control (UL/UC2) personnel provide training to users and ensure deployed systems are operational. Our acquisition support and deployment efforts on Air Force Wideband Enterprise Terminals (AFWET) program provide mission critical MILSATCOM to the deployed warfighter.

Intelligence Operations, Test & Evaluation

Spectrum provides key operational support to the collection, processing, and analysis of intelligence from around the world including C-IED analysis. Spectrum GEOINT, SIGINT, and MASINT professionals provide support to a variety of efforts such as requirements definition and documentation, test and evaluation, formal training, and operational exploitation such as Geospatial, Imagery, and Signature analysis. Our personnel provide C4ISR exploitation system build, integration, testing, certification, OCONUS deployment and training support to deployed mission operations. Our personnel also provide logistical support to global ISR operations. Our employees integrate seamlessly with their customers to provide core capabilities and in-depth expertise across a broad array of operational intelligence endeavors.

Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations Support

Spectrum leads the way in operations and training support to airborne ISR collection. We provide mission planning, sensor planning, war gaming, formal training, exercise support, and flying operations support for low, medium and high altitude collectors. We support U-2, RQ-4, MQ-1, MQ-9, MC-12 and SOF operations across the globe. Our ISR Test and Training personnel support MQ-1 and 9 UAS operator training and exercises providing OPFOR and JTAC roles. Our in-depth understanding of the ISR mission enables our employees to provide true value-added mission support to our customers.
