Monday Feb 9th, 2009, Spectrum brought on Dave Enoch as the new Human Resources Director. Enoch will assist the current HR Manager in providing the highest level of HR expertise to Spectrum employees. He will provide leadership in compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, HR processes and procedures and employee development.

He is the right person to assist us in maintaining and improving our most valued resource – our people.”

Enoch comes to Spectrum with 15 years of Human Resources leadership experience in government, military, and private industry, an M.B.A., and S.P.H.R. certification. Enoch’s goals are to help ensure that Spectrum remains a great place to work, that the Company’s Human Resources practices and strategies are well aligned with its business goals and that Spectrum maintains compliance with the letter and spirit of all applicable Human Resource laws and regulations. He is a veteran and current member of the Virginia Army National Guard. Dave is also an active member of SHRM and ASTD, currently serving on the board of Richmond ASTD. He resides in Midlothian, VA with his wife and children.
