On December 18th, three Spectrum employees delivered and installed six laptops and a printer to the Community Mediation Center in Norfolk, VA. Executive Director Kim Humphrey stated, “The computer equipment makes it possible for us to resolve, reduce and prevent conflict across Hampton Roads.” Offering business training, mediation for families and communities, and also youth education, the center provided over 1,000 mediations last year. With the new computer equipment, the Community Mediation Center hopes to continue expanding its capabilities even further across Hampton Roads, assisting companies like Spectrum to build a better workplace.
