Newport News, VA- On April 30, 2012 Spectrum was awarded a prime contract of the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) Operational Test and Evaluation Services (OTES) contract as one of two awardees.  This $77 Million contract will support organizations throughout the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center.  Services that will be provided under this contract include: Integrated test functions for U.S. Air Force and Multi-Service air, space and cyberspace acquisition programs; Test design, test planning, execution and repotting; and Post test data analysis.
